When small businesses get the customer experience right, magic happens. Thus, when my own experience as a customer stirs my passions for small business success, experential learning and also love of motorbike riding, having enrolled in one of Tasman Motorcycle Training's courses, and at short notice, just thrilled to write this review.

From start to finish, pleased to commend Tasman Motorcycle Training for an all round, truly special and incredible experience. Tasman Motorcycle Training apply, with exceptional course enrollment experiences, responsive and effective communication, also an all round incredible commitment to providing quality experiential learning tutelage to all course participants.

To manage a large group of diverse riders with all sorts of experiences and beliefs - not easy. Tasman Motorcycle did this with class and seeming ease.

The firm's training program is designed to focus and provide riders with a comprehensive understanding of fun, yet safe riding practices and techniques that enable riders to confidently navigate a variety of road situations.

Lead Instructors Kevin and Jason, NZTA approved, supported by Mitch running the experience, can only be described as Master-level rider. Their deep experience is obvious in all they do. They put on an environment which is highly effective; copes with all learning styles well where Kevin and Jason are, clearly, authentic in their dedication to helping each participant master the skills needed to become a safe and competent motorcyclist.

The training curriculum is highly accessible, thoughtfully designed, with a balance between theory and hands-on practical sessions that really engages and allows riders, of all experiences (and attitudes), to reflet and assess their own capability and then apply what they have learned in real-life scenarios.

Mitch, who runs the show (and probably runs Kevin and Jason too), is engaging, friendly, professional, and willing to assist participants with programme design and key information provided throughout.

Tasman Motorcycle Training also hosted the course in top-flight facilities which really added polish to the experience. Clearly, they have pride in what they do as well as expertise.

Indeed, as a small business clearly keen to make not just a contribution, but appear keen on setting the bar in small business standards. Overall - the message and learning I obtained from Kevin, Jason and Mitch, combined, was that by really becoming in what I describe to be the summary of learning for 'deep concentration safe &\or ever-aware' riding, as I experienced in the course - the more rewarding it is and was.
